After the government announced a second nationwide lockdown on the 5th November, Harrow Fencing is planning for both of our branches to remain open. Our service will continue enforcing measures and precautions to offer continued protection to employees and customers while operating business-as-usual.
Everyone’s health and safety still remains our number one priority, and as such, we shall be continuing to enforce appropriate measures. These include:
Social distancing: We shall be adhering to government advice and guidelines by enforcing social distancing rules at both of our depots. This will include ensuring everyone stands 2 metres apart and restricting the number of customers entering our branches at a given time to a two in, two out policy. There will be a queue system at the door to make this system run smoothly. We will also be placing focus on arranging orders largely over the phone to reduce site visits and time spent at site for our customers.
Hand sanitisers: The depots will be using hand sanitisers to enhance hygiene among staff and visitors alike.
Safe payment methods: We will not be accepting cash payments at this time, due to contamination risks. We will be encouraging the safer choice of bank transfers and card payments.
If you have any questions about these new procedures, please get in touch. Harrow Fencing wishes everyone good health, and we look forward to seeing you.
