Can I have my gate installed by Harrow Fencing?
How long does it take to have my fence installed?
This depends on a variety of factors, such as the type and length of the fence, and the site conditions. It also varies depending on the time of year. In winter it takes about a week, and then in the busier periods it can take up to 6 or 7 weeks.
How can I prepare my garden for my fence installation?
It is a good idea to make sure the ground is level, and remove stones, plants and garden furniture which might get in the way of the installation.
Do you offer a repairs service?
Yes, we provide an installation and repair service to customers across Greater London.
Do I need planning permission to erect a fence on my property?
Most fences won’t need planning permission, but some might need permission when they are: higher than 2 metres, or higher than 1 metre and next to a road. Also, if your house is a listed building, or if your neighbour’s house is a listed building, you may need permission. It is worth checking if your fence fits any of these criteria.
Is a floor included?
Yes, all of our playhouses and summerhouses have a floor included.
